Patrick Wells has spent the better part of his life immersed in the construction industry. He grew up spending his summers working alongside his dad, who was skilled in the HVAC trade. Going forward, Patrick would always find himself at a job site during breaks from school, putting his passion for carpentry to practice. In 2005, he started his first business doing trim carpentry for reputable local builders. It was in this role he had a front row seat to successful home contractors, who he spent years learning from.

After gaining experience building homes with other companies, Patrick started Dynamic Builders in 2012. By going out on his own, he saw an opportunity to do his absolute best work and meet lifelong goals. He and the Dynamic Builders team focus on building distinctive, high-quality homes in the mid-Missouri area while providing exceptional levels of customer service. The path to becoming a successful home builder has been marked with motivation, focus and constant learning, ensuring homeowners are left with the best possible product and a memorable experience. Nothing is more rewarding than crafting someone’s home, and the team at Dynamic Builders takes that responsibility to heart.
